Insurance companies have many different plans and it is impossible for us to keep up with the changes made to individual plans. Please call your insurance company to confirm that we are in-network. We offer discounted out-of-pocket rates if we are not in-network with your plan.

- Including the Commercial, Freedom and Liberty plans.

We are constantly working with other plans to become in-network. If your plan isn’t listed, please call member services to see if we are in-network. You may call our office if you need additional information to check network status. We will work with your plan if we are not in-network and you have out-of-network coverage. Finally, we offer reduced rates for patients who choose not to go through insurance.
